Lumix GH1 - pal/ntsc

on looking at the specs there appears to be a difference - mention of 24 OR 25 frame rates (depending on country) as opposed to the 7D which lists both frame rates (an international version)

or am I missing something?

Yeah the GH1 appears to be region specific whereas the 7D looks like an internation model. A good reason not to buy a grey market GH1 online in Australia... you will probably end up with the wrong one!

Confirmed

I've checked both the GH-1 and the GF-1. There are country specific models. The european GF-1 is DMC-GF1C or DMC-GF1K doing 25 fps

Not only "appears to be" but is region independent. My 7D allows selection of NTSC or PAL with appropriate frame rates for each selection, all from the menus. So a person can do an assignment in PAL regions one week and take a job in NTSC areas the next with the same camera.
