Interview panels lastolite.Stands?

Hi, what do u use when u r reflecting the sunlight on the face during an interview?
I guess a panel like lastolite, but what u do when you don't have a person that could keep it for 45 minutes? What kind of stands do u use?

The common answer to that will probably be a C-Stand with reflector arm on it. You need something with some good staying power to keep from tipping over with the added weight to one side like that. A regular stand usually just won't do it well unless its got sand bags on it.
