On-Camera light for Sony Camera

Somebody please help me with this...I am looking for a on camera light for my new Sony Z1. I read through many threads and websites but so many lights are available that I am confused....All I want is a nice light which is at least 50W, possible to dim, and be able to use it as spot or flod light...If I understand the terms correctly!!!
I will use this for museums, churches when I have a talent talking and I am folliwing her..I need to make sure that her face is well lighted and also if outside!
Please advise if anybody have some suggestions...
Thanks

Freezi has dimable lights that run up to as much as 100 watts however I am not familiar with an on camera light that can be used as both a spot and flood without changing bulbs. Maybe I missed one out there.
