How did they set the light here?

Looks like a very hard top light. Given the size of the space, and the size of the light pool on the floor, looks like maybe a 10k up high on a crane or something. Tracking along with his movements. His forehead is blown out, and other things right at the top of the frame a blown out. Light was probably skirted to reduce spill.

Also looks like the video got a "bleach bypss" look to increase contrast and black the shadows down.

Could also be a followspot mounted in the truss with a human operator tracking him as you can see a brief instant where he moves one way and the light moves the other. But as Perrone said without a doubt a hard light high but its the motion tracking thats really interesting.
