How to light this interview? Window next to the table

HOla guys, long time i wasn't bothering you....
I need your precious help for this.
I have to make this interview of a manager sitting on his chair in front of his desk. The problem is that there's the light from the window coming from the left of his desk (the desk is attached to the wall of the window.

On this little scheme u can see the desk, the guy that i should interview and the window next to his desk.
I can't use LED byt just2 x 800w stuff....
What would be the ideal lighting solution?
thx

You often basically go with the flow. The light from windows can be wonderful and assuming that it's consistent throughout your interview you can make use of it as either your key light or as a 3/4 back light. You can either use a reflector or a daylight balanced light as fill. However, direct sunlight can be a problem if it hits the face, but you could tape diffusion to the window, or move the interviewee so it no longer strikes them in an unattractive manner.

You can also ND or put scrim across the window, ND can allow you balance the exposure levels, if you can see outside the window and it looks interesting as a background..

216 is a good general purpose diffusion that you could use.

You can find ND and black scrim here and also check out Lee filters..
