Lighting a 8'x13' set

I am looking for a good light kit for lighting a set approx. 13 feet wide by 8 feet deep for training videos and sit-down interviews. This improvised set will actually be one corner of a large office with overhead flourescent lighting. (I don't want to mixing quartz or tungsten lighting with the overhead tubes. I'm trying to keep all light temp as close as possible to 3200K. FWIW, there will be no window light.) I don't need the toughest lights in the world, as this set is intended to be a long-term installation. The talent will be stationary.

My budget is $1,000. I will not be buying used equipment because this is mission-critical shooting, and I need the assurance of a warranty. So far, the Smith-Victor Tungsten K79 kit seems the way to go. It's a 3200-watt, 4-light kit for under $850. Kit includes 8' stands and a molded ABS plastic case. Will this meet my needs? If not, can you recommend a solution?

FWIW, I'm shooting with a DVX100B and a DVC80.
