I'm impressed (testimonial)

I'm a PD170 owner and a BFA Film Student 2 months from graduation. I've also been lucky enough to get a bunch of DP experience shooting with other DV cameras, HDV, DVCProHD and 16mm. Fortunately, those freelance opportunities included the chance to work with nice lights (owned or rented by those who hired me), like Kino-Flo Divas, Arri Fresnel kits, Mole-Richardsons and a variety of other professional gear. However, up until now, when I have worked on my own personal projects, available lights and practicals were all I had. Well, yesterday, I invested in the first part of my lighting kit, a Lowel Go Intro kit (2 Pro Lights and 1 V-light along with accessories). I'm posting to say, "what a great kit!" These lights are better than I expected and they all come together in a kit the size of a violin case. I also purchased a 42" 5-in-1 reflector and stand.
Anyway, right now I'm working on my thesis film and the school gave me a second PD170, a set of 3 Lowel DP (1k) lights, flags, nets and c-stands. I've just done some testing for a scene that takes place in a sun-drenched living room. I gelled the large windows (full CTO) and with only 1 pro light and 1 v-light, it looks great. I doubt i'll even get the DP lights out of the bags.
Well, that's it. I was excited and I wanted to praise the GO Intro Kit from Lowel. It's a sweet start for any lighting kit.
