WTB: Contrast Filters

I'm learning that no can seem to get their hands on any of the Tiffen Contrast filters so if you've got one laying around you don't want, email me and I'll tell you if I'm interested.

I need 72mm but I'd consider a larger size and use a stepdown ring.

Especially looking for the Ultra Contrast line (1/2, 1) and the Low Contrast line.

While you're at it and you have a 14 or 16x manual lens that would fit an XL1S that you would like to give a new home to at an incredibly low price (G), let me know that too.

I am interested just a couple of questions. Where did you get it from? Why are you selling it? How many tapes did you run through it? Do you have any pictures, if so email them to me at Shad0b0x69@aol.com

Light gels for sale

A couple of rolls of never used lighting gels I found deep in my closet while packing. 12' x 4' or 14' x '4' each. There's enough there.

One is a 3600K and another is 5600K I believe. (Orange and Blue)

I think they cost me about C$60 for the two rolls. Bought them at Leo's Camera in Vancouver for a project that was later aborted, and then forgot about them.

Best Offer. Hopefully in Vancouver. I also have a flourescent light fixture that I can throw in too. It's got a pro ballast in it.

As I'm moving, I'd take them with me, but fear they might get damaged or torn in the move, which would be a shame.

Rob,
I would be interested in buying your WD58H lens depending on the price. I dont know if you will sell just the lens with no camera, but I already own a GL2. I might be interested in your battery also, again depending on your price (I am on a tight budget!;-). Thanks, you can email me or post back here.

XL1, Lenses, Glidecam and much more-- you name it, it is for sale

Selling off most of my second camera outfit. Most of the equipment has seen very little use and is in like new condition (exceptions are noted).

*XL1 -- not the S, camera is just 1 year old and has less than 10 hours on it and all standard accessories (lens, charger etc.)

*14X manual lens -- comes with Zero Haliburton case (available separately).

*Image 2000 matte box -- 3 square filter holder, non-rotating, uses 3 inch filters or Cokin P series

*MA-200 -- shoulder brace

*CH-910 -- dual battery holder/charger

*(2) Lenmar LIC914 -- 5500 mAh, power for hours

*(2) Canon BP-927 -- lighter weight

*Lightwave System Isolator

*Lightwave Mini Mount

Canon EF Adapter XL -- put Canon EOS EF lenses on your XL1

*Sound Devices MM1 -- phantom power, pre-amp, headphone monitor

*AT 4071a -- best shotgun mic for under $1,000 (maybe $1,500), comes with case

Mackie 1202 VLZ -- great small mixer

Sony MDR 7506 headphones -- great headphones, never used

*NRG Battery Belt -- 12v, cells replaced two months ago

Vinten Vision 10 -- head rebuilt last year, cost $5,400 new, make offer

HUGE Lowel Lighting Kit -- many, many extras, gels, stands, umbrellas, 6 lights. Similar kit at B & H over $1,500

*Tamrac 2249 -- best XL1 extended case, I've tried them all, fits overhead in airplanes

*Rain Cover -- no brand (sample to review) but it works great, used several times in heavy Florida rain (once in a Tropical Storm) and it's great, kept camera absolutely dry.

Glidecam V-8 -- this shows some use, includes extra counter weights, small monitor and Bogen mount

*JVC field monitor -- 5 inch, case, charger, battery (holds partial charge) AC adapter

<<<<Post-Production Equipment>>>>

Panasonic AG7650 -- Low hours S-VHS/VHS source deck, less than 300 total hours. Great deck for a source deck in a duplication system or sourcing tapes in an NLE system, RS-422 control

Panasonic AG7300 -- S-VHS/VHS player/recorder. Great condition, about 800 hours, heads replaced last year.

Mackie 1202 VLZ -- great, small, compact, mixer, never used.

Sony PVM1350Q -- great 13 inch monitor, professionally calibrated in 2001. This monitor is dead on accurate.

<<<<35mm Photo Equipment>>>>

Canon EOS 3 -- Body only, like new condition, book, boxes, blank warranty card.

Canon Elan 7e -- bought for my wife 6 months ago. She's never used it, not a single roll of film ever shot! Box, books, blank warranty card.

Canon EOS EF 70-300 IS zoom -- also bought for my wife and never used.

<<<<Terms of Sale -- the fine print>>>>

The entire lot $13,000 shipping and insurance will be included.

Everything but post-production gear $12,000 includes shipping and insurance

Camera package (marked with *) -- $6,500

Make an offer on any item, no reasonable offer refused.

If you have questions, email me at jtdonald@mac.com

PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Checks accepted. Shipping and insurance additional. No overseas shipments, sorry.

FS: Dell Axim X5 400mhz PDA (w/wifi)

This isn't exactly video gear, but I suppose you could use it as a shot logger or something. I got it about a month ago, factory refurb, and have used it off and on to play games and do wireless site surveys. I just haven't really used it often enough to justify it's existence, and I'd really like to get a DVD burner to archive stuff off my TiVo.

The specs:

Dell Axim X5
PocketPC 2002
400mhz processor
64 meg ram
48 meg rom
compact flash slot
secure digital slot
usb cradle
power adapter
slip case
Outlook 2000
Linksys WCF12 Compact Flash WiFi Card

Everything's in great shape, no scratches or bad pixels on the screen. The PDA runs great, is plenty fast and has bunches of internal storage.

I'm asking $275 for everything, shipped USPS. I'm in San Marcos, Texas, about a half hour south of Austin. You can e-mail me at jeffk - &#064 - well.com

Sennheiser (ME66) K6P Powering module for sale or trade for reg. K6

Hi,
I have a Sennheiser K6P powering module that is in very good condition. I would like to trade it for a K6 normal powering module or I will sell it. If you would like, I can sell it with the ME66 capsule, but a trade for a regular K6 is preferred. I accidentally bought the K6P module instead of the K6. Will take best reasonable offer. You can email me, call me (408-891-2731), or post here.

If you own a K6 powering module and now want the K6P (phantom) this is your chance to get one at no cost!! The K6P is a better powering module when using phantom power. It will provide you with better sound than using phantom or battery power on a normal K6. Thanks!
