Actually I've just read that the only one of these phones that is quadband is the HTC Evo 4G, so it's the only one that will work in Brazil...hence it is the only one that interests me.

Sean... for $50 more you can get a brand new one, shipped. Doesn't seem like it's worth the risk to me.

You maybe able to get one used on Ebay for way less than 250 but paying 250 your better of as suggested buying NEW.

Do you mind if I ask what stuff you've shot with your EX1R? Also, does the camera still come with a warranty (and would it be able to transfer to another owner)? Thanks! PS--I still think that feature you've shot with the Canon XL2 was still some of the best I've seen shot with that camera :)
