Video Production Books?

Hey everyone. Newbie here. I just got a Canon GL2 and I was wondering if there are any books out there to cover the in's and out's of camera work. From working with manual settings, tricks of the trade, camera techniques and those types of things. I also would like to learn more about lighting/audio. ("Producing Great Sound for Digital Video" & "Lighting for Digital Video & Television" are already on there way to me). I just need a book to explain simple stuff too (i.e. shutter settings, apeture, gain and the like) I know what all these things are, but I want a better understanding of them and how to better use them as tools in my video work. So if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you!
