Panasonic AF100 + lots more

I bought a bunch of camera gear for a documentary project that eventually died in production. I would rather pay off my debts than have it all just sitting in my closet, so I'm selling most of my...

Re: wrapping head around lens markers and "equivalents"

Re: edit in 720 or 1080 timeline for creative reframing?

If my destination was just for the web, I would just do it all in a 720p timeline and output 720p… but if I want to deliver for broadcast or even iTunes, Netflicks, etc… 1920 x 1080 is what is in...

Re: edit in 720 or 1080 timeline for creative reframing?

That's what I'm wondering. How frustrating to have that forced upon us! I suppose we can hope that a Magic Lantern firmware for the T2i (if it ever emerged) would solve that problem. ;-/

So, even with a 16GB card, once I hit "record" it will only record until it hits the 4GB threshold and then stop (like hitting the end of tape)? It will not continue recording, making a new clip as...

I'm confused on one thing about that limit. Does that 4GB/file limit impact continuous recording time or not? Meaning, if I have a 16GB card, can I shoot continuously until I fill up the 16 GB, or do...

I was wondering if anyone has yet had the chance to shoot and green or blue screen footage. If so I would love to hear thoughts, or better yet get my hands on source clip to run some test key pulls.
