Im afraid its not that , I spoke to technical support and they say its a lens issue ,and it seems to be a big problem in the series 170,180,190,200,250 series cameras ls300 is not affected because...

This is the backup camera used to shoot b roll
I managed to download firmware and installing it but error message has returned, and diagnostic mode is no help either

im on a shoot camera is showing on screen now "TURN POWER OFF TURN BACK ON LATER"
left it off for an hour, no change , 3 hours later no change
