I managed to download it all and install the quicktime plugin but it keeps saying "unable to locate video...

hmm it looks like we might need to get a 7D. The jitter is pretty bad in 25i projects. Have spent hours experimenting and it doesn't look like it is going to happen unfortunately.

5D not recognizing genuine canon battery?
Hi Guys
Just after any suggestions on what I should do in this situation.
When I turn my 5D on it is now saying:
"Cannot communicate with battery, Use this battery?"
It is a genuine canon...
