Some file types are harder to read than others. I did not look at the video you listed. I do know that some formats have actually read "faster" if you go into the preferences and use the "legacy"...

VEGAS Pro 17 is by Magix. Magix purchased it at version 13 and all versions 14 and later are Magix.

Yes, you are correct. The subscription can only be used on one machine at a time. You can deactivate/activate to go back and forth between machines but, I agree, that is a pain.

Yes, they really fixed the issue in the last Vegas Pro 18 update. Of course, that only fixed it AFTER it is updated so going to your account and downloading it from there or going to "News" forum...

This has been fixed in the current installer of Vegas Pro 18. Plus you can log into your account at Magix and download the installer from there and install it directly without needing to have VEGAS...
