I have been using v1.6 neoscene on V9 pro but upgrading to V10 pro was not compatible w/ v1.6 neoscene. I had to upgrade to v5.x

You can do this-and-that from a 24p onto a 30p dvd but let's start the basic. NTSC DVD are 29.97fps.
