I'm assuming it's my fault but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any instance where a thin line is is in my shot, the line looks pixelated and flickers.

Best Way to Output to DVD
Currently, I have anaglyph HD sequences. You're saying I should change all those to Side by Side, then export as HD quicktimes uncompressed, then resize to NTSC in compressor, then bring them back...
