Re: CISS printing solutions

I am not seeing one specifically for the 730, but a lot of the printers have the same 6 color system and chipsets. Send them an email and see if any of their existing systems would work. They are...

Re: CISS printing solutions

I am using the Ink Republic CISS and they make a system specific to each Epson Printer, so it works seamlessly. Here is the R260 system:

InkRepublic - R2880 CIS, 3880 CIS, 3800 CIS, R1900 CIS,...

Re: "Standard" but sturdy DVD cases?

I haven't yet. I had a hard time justifying the cost last print job as it was for 500 DVDs and it ate into my profits pretty hefty compared to the Verbatims. I will order a spindle though and try...

Re: "Standard" but sturdy DVD cases?

I also use the Artisan 50 and have the inkrepublic CISS. Love it and the customer service is great. For the disks I use Verbatim Hub Printable and Canon Glossy Photo Paper for the sleeves. If you...

Re: "Standard" but sturdy DVD cases?

I just got 100 of these in the mail and they seem to be really great quality, none broken, and sturdy. Good price too and free shipping.

Re: First RED Wedding Booked!

@Steve Think demolition derby. Sure stuff is going to break and you might be in serious pain later on, but damn it was a fun ride.

Re: First RED Wedding Booked!

Won't the complex menus/workflow with these cameras put a huge strain on you in the production and post-production? Just curious.

Re: Remove flickering...

That sounds like a headache. Virtual Dub has a plugin called MSU Deflicker that has worked on some minor flicker issues in the past. It's free. Good luck.

Re: Rock Concert - Is there a filter to make the footage shakier?

Michael, since you are using Premiere I assume you have After Effects as well. If so, there is a plug-in that comes with it called "The Wiggler." To use it simply put a keyframe where you want the...

Thanks Katie! We actually went down 2 days before the wedding and gave ourselves a nice mini-vacation. Wanted to watch the sunrise over the ocean and figured it wouldn't hurt to bring along the gear....

Re: Beautiful OBX Highlight

Joe, thanks so much. It was our first semi-destination and we prepped to kick butt. Hopefully it churns up more work in the future.

Re: Time lapse

I usually shoot mine on the day of the wedding because all my packages are 2 shooters. However I have done a few prior to the wedding. As far as timing it varies. I have had some that took 10 mins,...
