Shoulder Braces / Stabilizers Reccomendation

I have been researching on the forum for a shoulder brace / stabilizer for the VX2100. I found the following items of interest, if anyone has any feedback and also comparison to these versus a glidecam or any other it would be appreciated.

A lof of these rigs have been discussed before. Please use the
search feature in the upper right corner of the page. Ofcourse it
mainly depends on your budget....
