DV Rig Modification Ideas

That new FigRig gave me an idea yesterday for modifying my DV Rig Pro. No permenant changes here. Just switch some parts around and presto, a quasi FigRig of sorts.

That then led me to try something different along the lines of a more conventional shoulder mount using the DV Rig parts. A little less mass and easier to handle than the full blown rig.

Well Done.

I have posted this few weeks ago: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthrea...light=dvrigpro

Try this option and see what works best for you.

Great minds think alike! :-)

I figured someone else must have done this. It was just too easy to make new "gear" once I started fiddling with it. I was like a kid with an Erector Set...... do they still make those??
