Where did the Marztech rig go?

Hello Fellow DV Makers-
Anyone know what happened to the www.marztech.com site? I was interested in picking one up for an upcoming shoot- Does anyone know where I could buy one of these, or is anyone that owns one interested in selling it? I heard that the inventor is a member here- I'm in NYC, if anyone knows of a store where I could buy one, please let me know. Thanks, Mike Vargas - NY3

This topic came up a few months ago. I understand that the person running the company chose to make a living elsewise and no longer makes the units.

Thanks for the tip- I know something was up when I couldn't find anything anywhere on the net. Well, to anyone out there who owns one- Or to the maker that might have 1 left. Please get back to me....

You might be interested in taking a look at the Tortle Rig. I believe it is the same concept.

Michael.....

good luck on finding one. I've had a marzpak for about 2 years now and it has served me well in a number of shoots. I've also rigged up a steady cam with it!
