Shoulder mount Iris control

I have used a lot of stabilizer options with my Canon Xh-A1. The fig rig is nice and steady, but you can't control the iris (exposure). Same with the spiderbrace.
Any good solutions for a shoulder brace that leaves a hand free for the exposure and still lets you balance well during walking?
I haven't found a LANC comtrol that controls iris too.

The MultiRig allows you to swing the left arm to a position where it is comfortable to lean your hand on it with the index finger or thumb operating iris, Push Auto, Manual focus ring, Etc.

Or, just swing the arm out of the way and fold the grip.

Supporting the MultiRig by the support pod and right hand only, is good enough.
