My New Film - Living Death Valley
Ryan M. Christensen Ryan M. Christensen is offline August 18th, 2009, 04:40 PM

Howdy All!

So I have spent countless hours here at DVInfo.net learning and researching and it has all paid off:

The video I co-produced for the past two years, Living Death Valley, has finally been released. It is a finalist in the Moondance Film Festival in Boulder, Co. It is set to an original score by John Kilburn.

For the video we used a Canon XH-A1, Steadicam Merlin and underwater housing. For the timelapse we used a Nikon D-300 and a Mumford Timemachine. The video was edited on Avid and the timelapse was composted using Adobe CS3.

Please enjoy and watch the trailer and let me know what you think.

Bravo !!! Extraordinarily well done. As a trailer it was fascinating and the music perfect.

Love to see the full version. Will it be available on DVD or Blu-Ray ?

Thanks Chris!

It is available on DVD now at Bristlecone Media

There may be a blu-ray version in the works, but the blu-ray licensing fee may be a hindrance.

This will be my next purchase... I am developing an increasing library of work from talented folks "out of the mainstream". I find it encouraging and inspiring.
