Burning Down the House...

Thought you guys might like this pic, shot on the set of the feature I'm on currently.

It was a battle to get permission to burn down a 100-year old farmhouse but it was a pretty spectacular burn and well worth it. We had three cameras going, mine was a Moviecam Compact MKII on a remote head and 20 ft. arm as seen here. I wished my console had been a bit further away as the heat was intense. One of the other operators managed to singe the hair on his legs before he had a chance to fall back with his camera position.
