Female bodybuilder doc - "Winning Big"

YouTube - Winning Big with Debbie Bramwell

We followed female bodybuilder Debbie Bramwell over a 3 month period as she prepared for her pro card tournament in Pittsburgh (she won).

I bet she could tear my arms right off my torso, and then throw them from goalpost to goalpost on a football field.

Nice work. You've inspired fear in me, and now I'm going to have terrible wide-awake nightmares at my day job. Regardless, though, excellent job in capturing that essence and inspiring such fear in me.

Thanks Chris. It was only when I restarted editing on the project recently that I was reminded just how strong Debbie is (impossible numbers of chin-ups, etc). She's really sweet, so your arms are safe :)

Greg, that would have to be some of the clearest encoded video I have ever seen on YouTube (and that's before I had invoked the HD mode). Curious to know how you achieved it if you don't mind sharing.

Also, I didn't do the video on this one (a mate of mine did) but I did handle the web site, DVD authoring and the packaging art for a DVD on extreme stretching. See the Industrial Strength Flexibility site and its inbuilt DVD trailer if you wish as this will be relevant to the bodybuilding realm. (Finished discs arrived just yesterday.)

Thanks very much Andrew, I'll check out your link.

My previous attempts at putting stuff on YouTube have been a bad experience, with really low quality results and convoluted production proces based on online recipes I've found, so I haven't bothered uploading for ages. This time, I happened to upgrade recently to the Final Cut version 7, which has a "Share" option in the editor and it automatically uploads the HD video in H264 codec from the FCP timeline directly into my YouTube account. I think the overall quality of Youtube has gotten better, but I'm surprised that they're allowing such large file uploads and such large frame sizes - I was expecting a grainy 300pixel width result, when in fact it turned out more like the original footage.
