winter moods

I would love some feedback on this video. Its a travelogue from 20 days in Perth, Western Australia. I have just spend my summer in there. The weather was better in the middle of winter than the summer here in Scotland.

Both places are beautiful in different ways.

This was shot with my Canon 5D Mark ii. Some shots hand held as my family simply do not tolertate the tripod travelling with us.

I also use a Glidecam 4000, Houdloupe 3x (new for this trip), Metz 58 digital (new for this trip), Canon EF 24 - 105mm IS USM F4-5 L, Sigma EF DG 17 - 35mm, and a Canon EF 70 - 300mm III and a Senheisser MKE400.

The wind was high on a few days and the MKE400 still picked it up on low and with the wind noise setting selected. Some of the shaky shots on zoom with the EF 70 - 300mm are because the barrell is a little sticky and it just won't turn smoothly. I am looking forward to getting a 70 - 200mm F2.8 L very soon.

Edited in Avid Media Composer 5.

With regards

Jeff
