Latest 48 Hour Film Project
This was my team's entry for the 48 Hour Film Project 2010 that took place in San Francisco.
YouTube - Inside - SF 48 Hour Film Project 2010 The required elements were a character named Geoffry Cook, a plate, and the line "you are not going to believe what happened". The genre we pulled was horror film. We shot primarily with a Sony EX3 and one hand held LED light. We did post at our music composer/performers studio so that he was doing sound design and the credit song while we were punching out scenes. Comments are very welcome and thanks for looking at it. -Garrett |
Hey Garret, nice job. I did a 48 in San Francisco about 3 or 4 years back. The quality of the product, as is shown by your film, has increased exponentially. Very nice camera work.

Thanks Chris. It was truly a grueling 48 hours. I think I got a total of 3 hours of sleep between Friday and Sunday night. The level of films varied greatly but as a whole the quality was very good. One thing I learned was that short horror films are very hard to make. There's no time to create tension or build any real suspense.

Exactly the problem I have had too. |
