I beat myself up!
Well now I've really done it. I was inspired to do some kung-fu shooting but none of my film buddies were up to it tonight.
So did I let that stop me? NO! I just beat myself up. Just did the compositing really quickly in shake, cheesy sounds effects in FCP, and a "Dojo" in C4D. http://www.expertmagic.com/dvinfo/beatup.mov Let me know what you guys think. Thanks, Eric James http://www.expertmagic.com/ |

Ha! good job!
The cheesy sound effects are no big deal but the second punch the you on the right throws, misses by a mile but still makes a contact sound effect, hehe My favorite part is the lighting and overall look - very nice. What'd you do for the actual lighting and the real shadows? |

The lighting was just one 1k halogen on each side and black lights above. I simulated the same lighting in the 3d scene.
