Hmmm... iPhone? No? It's too stationary, so it's on a tripod or some firm surface. The canting of the image is something I guess you could do in post, or with a Lensbaby type attachment on a T2i/T3i/HDSLR?

OK, how very far off am I really?

ah, well not too far in some ways.
was a VX2000 in rather low light. mounted on the front of a bike.
last footage that camera ever made in my keeping (who knows where it is now)
panasonic anamorphic lens adapter on the front. does some pretty wacky things also if you zoom too far through.
