Hi Jamie,
Lovely footage, nice talent and great wave action shots. For my taste I would have not split the screen all the time, maybe just an intro with this, to tell what's coming. Then fade and have the talent walking along the beach with the nice dreamy look you have achieved. That may bring more of a feeling of being there. Congrats and great job, I'd like to see more. Maybe more of the sound of surf and less volume on the music, or none at all?

Be interested in knowing what camera you used, thanks.

Regards & happy shooting,
Doug.

Thanks Doug!

The reason I included the wave shot all the way through the video was because the sound of crashing waves was a part of the song and I felt it was appropriate to have a consistent shot of water throughout the video. That also explains why I couldn't lower the music level.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try to improve and make similar videos in the future. I shot this on a Canon 60D using a 28mm FD mount lens to give it a more rustic look.
