This is kinda of a promotional video I did for this guy.
I pretty much did everything from shooting to editing.
There is one point that he had to get up and the microphone moved so there is a slight change in sound.

Very nice. I think you've done a great job with the lighting - I like the warm tones and the blueish highlight on the left side of his face. It's a wonderful looking image overall.

My only recommendation would be that the piece seems to need more cutaways - the B roll you have looks great, but there are long shots of your subject talking that would benefit from some thematically relevant B roll (for example, images associated with his childhood or homeland when he talks about growing up). He has some interesting things to say, and I think stepping up the visual pace would maintain the viewer's attention.

Thank you John for taking the time,
I do agree that it needs more of the roll B cuts.
I felt that I was a bit rushed out and did not get all the cuts I had in mind to do.
As far as adding Images: In general I don't like the scan image floating and I am looking for alternative way.
This clip was more promotional video for the guy which he is interviewer rather then his biography and this is also why I did not want to use any scan pictures about his past life.
I wanted the audience focus on his job rather then his life.

I might be wrong but this what I had in mind.
Loved to hear any input.
