Hey Everyone:

As we're putting the petal to the metal with the post production work, we've got the first of few promos of Boom, featuring Chris Trapper ready to release to everyone. To view it, just click on the You Tube link below

Boom stands for Brookline's Own Open Mike. A show dedicated to introduce noteworthy musical performers.

The video is a 1 minute:19 second promo teaser promoting Boom featuring Chris Trapper, showing portion of the Little Rock interview (about his approach at his music) that may or may not appear in the actual music documentary. The music documentary was primarily shot in New England, and this was our first shoot we did outside of New England. It was a total run and gun shoot, and since this was done with less time to prepare, we've had to improvise of what equipment we could sent out there. (i.e. shot with Kodak zi8, with Rode VideoMic) Overall, I was glad we were able to pull it off.

The first episode was shot in 2009, where BATV was one of the first programs of switching to digital recording. So some of the video may be shot in SD or HD, Since then, they've firmed up their digital resouces, but back then they were just working out the kinks.
