How long did it take to shoot and edit?

Well I spent one evening building the set and setting up the camera jib, monitor, lights, etc. Then we shot the next night which took about 2 hours. Janet played along to the recording from her CD. Then I'd say the editing was around five or six hours including the special effects and masking. Getting the color correction and setting the brightness to look the way I thought it should look was a couple tries of compressing, re-adjust things and repeating.

We have been making a video for each of the CDs she releases. These are usually pretty easy shoots. We did one awhile back that was my first blue screen production that was a quite a bit more work:
