Wide Angle Lenses for Sony FDR-AX100

Looking for a good wide angle lense for my Sony FDR-AX-100.
B&H has a Raynox HD 7062 Pro 62mm. 0.7x wide angle.

Any other options that'll fit this camera?
BTW, I don't want a wide angle lense that will give a fisheye effect.

Thanks :)

I successfully use the 16x9 EXII series on my X70, in both 0.8x and 0.75x flavors, the 0.8x is lighter. They are big boys, and come with 82/77/72mm screw on adaptors, but these can be easily supplanted with 62mm step down rings. Please see my "live shots" post below to see how these look on my X70.

Never tried the Raynox converters, but from videos posted testing them on the internet, they are very fuzzy and have a lot of chromatic aberration! The EXII's are almost imperceptible when attached, full zoom through is very sharp.

Also, check this thread.

Hi Derrick,
I have a 16X9 INC. EXII 0.7X WIDE CONVERTER I am not using any longer. It has a 46MM thread though, so you would need a step-up ring. Not sure how this would work regarding vignetting, but perhaps others on the forum would have some insight. The conversion lens also has a lens hood. Send me a PM if you are interested.

Where can this be purchased?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the offer, but for now, I want to wait and see if anything new will be coming out.

I found the 16X9 EXII 0.75X at CVP but it's almost 1000 dollar excl taxes.

I bought both of my EXII's (the big ones) on eBay from Adorama used for $100-$150.

I have a Fujinon WCV-82SC W/A converter which I bought for about 100 euros second hand, Chris Young suggested it. The rear filter is 82 mm and the rear objective protrudes a bit so you need two 82mm filter rings to clear this protrusion- I bought cheap UV filters on Ebay and took the glass out, then one 82-62 step ring to attach it.
Using it a lot , very good, slight barrelling W/A but otherwise excellent.

The Zunow? Not sure, I only find links to Japanese websites!
