Best monopod for stable Sony X70 for short run-n-gun interviews?

BEST MONOPOD for the Sony X70 camcorder that would be STABLE ENOUGH to SHORT UNATTEND periods of time for making short interviews in between RUN-GUN WORKFLOW?

Attending to get the best stability for being able to run-gun AND also to leave it "self-stand" and (sort of) unattended for making short inteviews, now in 2017 there are some new monopods, as the "big feet" Libec HFMP or the iFootage Cobra 2.

Has someone own or have use any of those with a Sony X70 camcorder with a shotgun mic?

Any other recommended monopod?

ALSO IMPORTANT: I would like a monopod with "flip locks" sections extend system, NOT the odd "screw-unscrew" section extend system.

THANKS!!

I am still sticking to my original answer of Sirui P-224s Carbon Fiber on the Facebook group. But you are asking for trouble if you intend to leave unattended as you can never account for gust of wind or somebody bumping into it. I would trust a light stand before a monopod for unattended. Have you ever tried the twist locks? Many people have used them without complaints.

Re: Best monopod for stable Sony X70 for short run-n-gun interviews?

When I say "unattended" is just that it can hold the Sony X70 with enough stability to leave my hands free for holding the mic infront of a person or stuff like that.

I'm not going any further than 2 feet from the monopod, so I will be mostly close to it, to be able to catch it in any of the cases you mention (wind, idiot person fooling around...).

But I need that the monopod alows me to shoot short interviews without having to switch between the monopod to a tripod just for those short interviews.

I'm not asking for a monopod for shotting "timelapses", you know ;-) ... Just one that would help me and make my work more easy.
