Trimming .MXF Files

I'm looking for a programme that will allow me to process and trim .mxf files. I don't mean a full blown editor, just to be able to import and trim the in and out points of a file and then save it so that I can reduce the length of a file and so save disk space. I used to be able to do this in Sony Play Memories years ago when I was shooting in AVCHD.

Try "Sony Content Browser". You may have received a copy with your camera purchase.

On PC ? Windows 10 can do that, using the photos app.
