HC5 questions
 

At first I was looking at getting an fx7, but since I don't have much video experience yet I thought it would be better (and cheaper) to start off with an hc5. It might end up serving as a capture deck, but I want to start out with this little thing to master the basics of HDV.

So I was thinking about getting this camera with the HCC marine pack and the Raynox HD-5050PRO. Does this lens fit inside the underwater housing?

I plan on doing a lot of followtype stuff with this camera in the snow. Do you think the HDV image will hold up or will there be a lot of compression artifacts and jaggies as they call it sometimes? Of course I will be on my snowboard and so will the subject be. Do you think this is possible with HDV or not?

I hear different stuff everywhere. What do you guys think?
