Hdr-hc7 Pal/ntsc?

There's an item on ebay where it can do PAL and NTSC, does Sony actually make this other than the Z1U?

There are tourist versions of Sony Camcorders that support both but are sold in very limited places. They're very rare, and I think it should support both.

Edit: This is a common practice with eBay sellers, they put both model #s to improve search results, you are probably going to get a HC7 NTSC only in the US and the opposite in Europe. It's only the power supply that is worldwide compatible. Unless it says "tourist", it might be a single format camera.
