Low Price HRV-A1 Pal

Where would I go to get the best price on a Sony HRV-A1 Pal version? I would only shop from serious dealers.

best reg

Try www.globalmediapro.com but you may not consider them a 'serious dealer'.

I don't know what the "best price" is, but DVinfo sponsor B&H photo sells the HVR-A1E for $2,700 USD:

Stay away from GlobalMedia Pro. Are you crazy? They've been scamming people for sometime now. Read it in some thread.

I recommend you do a search for "HVR-A1" in www.shopping.com and buy it from one of their trusted stores. I doubt you'll find anything cheaper than B&H's $2700. B&H is probably one of the most reliable dealers when it comes to video/audio.

I acually got my FX1e from them. It appears that the problems people have had is in regards to warranty issues and replacment. For the extra $50 with B&H it would be wise to take them over GMP as it could mean saving extra in repair/replacment.

Europe or US?

Depends if you're in Europe or the US...
Pixmania is a Euro-camera outlet that curently has the HVR-A1

-2590 Euros
I've ordered from them before and they seem OK
