hc1 bigscreen

i saw a movie...on theather
shot by 35mm film , HC1, Z1
the screen size was 600inch.
the Hc1 resouloution was very good...it did look videoish but it's about same film look as miami vice. color was also good..equivalent. to 35mm film color.

hdv film

I went theater and i saw another HDV film. shot by Z1 and xl2 as subcam. this is not a movie but documentary about witch craft and superstition.
it was projected on panasonic wxga DLP..model 6000~6600..i'm not sure.
screen size was 600inch. picture was incredibly sharp..i thought it was shot on F900. z1 camera panning was awful..there was lot's of motion bulr and indoor shot looks like video.
Z1 daylight outdoor shot are magnificent..i would say it's same as 2k filmlook.
xl2 looked like DV..

there's something i can't understand... i have seen same movie trailer on Christie 2k dlp projector ($100k) and panasonic DLP ($20k). Christie pic quality was far below panasonic.
