Using HDV split audio out of sync?

After capturing with HDV split, and editing with Pro 2 and aspect hd, then downconverting to sd and burning a dvd with Encore, I noticed audio from my Sony HC1 was 4 frames off.
Audio was 4 frames before the video.

With my Z1, no problems.

All capturing was done with HDV split, using same procedure.

Anyone else noticed this?

I wouldn't blame HDVSplit, I'd probably pin the blame on Adobe Media Encoder. Sometimes it works right, sometimes it doesn't. I'd try another MPEG encoder.

Yup. The audio seems to be about 4 frames too early with hdvsplit using the hc1. Using Premieres own hdv-capture it seems to get it right.

Mpeg encoders have nothing to do with this.

Tried it this afternoon.
Seems to work allright.
Thanks very much Mikko!
