New HC7 on the way

I bit the bullet last night and ordered a new HC7 from B&H. Thanks for your comments on this camcorder and others to help me make this choice. I can't wait to receive it and begin learning the HD world.

Another "BandH'er" here. Got mine and all the accessories from them.

Only thing I think they should change is that they include a crappy SD quality (if that) WA lens from 'impact' in their 'kit' and it was terrible.

I sent it back and got the Raynox 5050PRO.

Customer service, pricing, etc. was great and I LOVE the HC7 :)

How did they allow you to sent just the lens back.

I emailed them and told them the lens was not the quality I was expecting, they were very cool and told me I had 14 days to get it back to them. They emailed me an RMA and the instructions.

When I got to UPS to ship my lens back to them, I actually put the WRONG shipping address on the package (duh!). I shipped it to the main retail store instead of the returns address (different buildings). I emailed them to let them know and they were very helpful and got it to the right place.

I would definitely use them again.
