HVR-HD1000P for video shoot in India - Configuration

Hello Everyone,

Just came back from a video shoot in India. We used the HVR-HD1000P in HDV 1080I format. Had the camera attached to a mattebox
Configuration :

Camera and Mattebox with rods, french flag and side flags.
Raynox 5050p 0.5 wide angle lens ( 37mm thread ).
Azden FME20 Audio mixer ( Unbalance RCA to camera ) and AT lavalier wired lapel microphone (sound good, and just in-case for backup from audio mixer xlr to a cheap 24bit wav/mp3 recorder )
Vinten Pro 6 Tripod.
8.4" LCD monitor mounted on camera ( too bulky as such attached to C Stand instead ).

( Very impressive looking - pls advise me on how to attach pixs to show camera, mattebox and rods ).

Is there vignetting on the 5050p?
