How to do a rain coat ?
Hi,
Have you find a cheap and secure solution for a rain coat ? |
http://www.portabrace.com/pdfs/class_c/rs-hvr1000.pdf
It's not on their website yet but I have one so I know it exists (except on mine the tag reads RS-HD1000). I'm sure they can get you one if you give them a call. Not exactly local to you, but... Edit: here's an alternative version I found on their website. Not sure if it's newer, older or just different from the other one. http://www.portabrace.com/pdfs/class_c/qrs-hvrhd1.pdf Edit: just heard back from PortaBrace and they will not be going into production with the blue version shown at the first link. Apparently I got a sort of pre-production version but they decided it was too expensive given the cost of the camera. The black version (second link) is the one they'll be selling, I'm told; given all that I'm guessing it will be cheaper. |
I like my Kata RC-10. It's been out in some fairly horrid weather since I got it and the camera has stayed dry throughout.

Porta brace to hd1000 is now in stock: Porta Brace | QRS-HVRHD1 Quick Rain Slick | QRS-HVRHD1 | B&H

How about other photo's of this product
It would be nice if they could show some other views of this raincover.
Hard to judge-it by just a side-shot. Anyone else got some pic of the porta-brace in action? |
