what does this mean 1/48 Shutter????? and how can i affect this on my camera for timelaps shooting

Page 34 of your FX7E manual. Shutter speed is not the same as frame rate, which is what you need to manipulate to do time-lapse stuff. That's on page 59, and is only in DV mode, not HDV.

In the V1E manual, look at pages 42 and 74.

you can download manuel from sony. I keep one on my computer, are you trying to do a time lapse sequence of clouds, or traffic or something

guernsey is situated between england and france. closer to france, were british but not english.
summer is awesome here cause the island has amazing beeches but winter is a drag as im sure most places.
