Does the V1 read 24p tapes from the z7?

does anyone know if the Sony v1 can read 24p HD tapes from the z7? Thanks!

switch to vcr mode and go into menu and out cam data on you will see, when I put a tape in from a Z1 it shows differently than my V1 and vice versa, if you have a tape just try it

No it will not read the 24p mode.It will read the 24p mode recorded to a 60i stream. The Canon V20 and V30 will read all modes recorded on the Z7.
