Got my FX1 from B&H today! [first impressions]

Jon Fordham and I are trying to get an FX1 to shoot a quickie film together. I'll either borrow a friend's, or if my other friend buys one, I'll borrow that. Not sure if either will happen, though...

My web site gets over 27,000 visits (400.000 hits) each month. And the odd part is that I get more visits from the Netherlands than I do from the UK and Australia combined.

I don't think that the San Fernando Valley (I lived in Sherman Oaks back in the 70's) holds a candle to the movie making in bedrooms in the Netherlands.

Something is going on that causes a lot of interest in digital video editing in that country.

If I lived in Florida, I would loan you mine just for the right to watch people who know what they are doing, shoot a movie. Come to the Dallas area and it's yours for the duration.
