I've digitized some clips of the sugar bowl and grabbed some frames showing the MPEG 2 artifacts. They're highly visable on the freezes, but when played back on my SD TV via S-video, and when playedback on my computer monitor in full resolution, I don't see them. The SD version looks great, i'm not disappointed at all.. keep in mind, in most of these frames, there was a LOT of panning as I was on the sideline pretty close.

edited to add- all of these shots were 1/125 shutter speed 60i..
the images were deinterlaced by removing the even field via interpolation in photoshop. The images were then resized to correct for square pixels.

If somebody has some server space, I'll upload a clip.. it's 58MB.. my server can't handle the bandwidth.
