FX1 new lens: FRAMES from clips

Today I finished the FX1 lens flage and made some video tests:
at http://www.eidomedia.com/hdv
you can find a page with several images extracted from videoclips taken with various lens (mainly Nikon) with the FX1

If someone has some web space to store video mp2 files I'll be happy to upload some of this source clips

I'd say that was complete vindication. Great work.

Matteo, how did you solve the problem of the FX1 suddenly losing it's original lens?
That is, I'm sure that the cpu gets feedback from the focus & zoom servo, and that it would complain about that feedback missing?
ie. does the FX1 still "think" that the original lens is in place?

One problem I'm running into is that the video signal drops when I was panning from the scale to the turtle (see my blog and download the file if you can). I wonder if Matteo would run into the same problem, but the possibility is enormous.

Any chance you can provides a how-to kit for our own modefications? I would very much likes to add higher lens capability to my upcoming Z1s. I see the screen grabs and they are excellent in quality over the crappy Zeiss lenses.

You can make lot of money for what you have done. It looks very promising.
