Spots on Lens of my FZ1!
 

I noticed a couple of days ago quite a blemish on the lens (thought it might have been on the skylight) but is definitely on the lens but not sure if it surface or inside. Now two other smaller ones have appeared. Looks shiny and it aint dust/dirt etc.

Its going back to the dealers tomorrow, but has anyone else had a similar problem?

Ah, problem solved. Apparently the lens got splashed with something (?). It was a real job trying to clean it off (but the techies managed it.

what did they use to clean it?

Not sure, they took it away for 15-20 mins and it came back spotless. Must be some trade secret, I couldn't shift the marks at all!

I think some lens cleaners leave residue. They must have used something good.
