Changing HD Modes on Z1E

I want to lower the HD quailty to 720i but each time I think I do it still says 1080i in the top of the screen? What I am missing?

I assume you mean Z1E instead of ZE1? If so, the reason that you can't "lower the HD quality" is that the Z1 isn't capable of shooting 720p (or 720i). Your only choices are 1080i50 HDV, 1080i60 HDV, 576i50 DV and 480i60 DV.

Sorry yeah must be these fat fingers of mine. Ah will just stick to 1080i full HD then.

Many thanks
